🌱 You’re looking to become more neuroinclusive in your work by better understanding ADHD and neurodiversity. I love to hear it.
🌱 You have (or think you might have) ADHD and are looking for help to understand and develop strategies to better manage your brain from someone who gets it. I’ve got you.
🌱 You have an ADHD or neurodivergent family member, friend or colleague and you want to know how you can support them more and be an ally. Thank you for being here.
Here’s the official bit about me 👇
I’ve been helping individuals and global companies with their personal and professional wellbeing and development through 1:1 and group coaching, courses, talks and workshops for 7+ years now. After being diagnosed with ADHD aged 33, I’m on a mission to show the world the value in neurodiversity, to celebrate different ways of thinking and to create better environments where all neurotypes can thrive. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, my official title is “Trauma Informed ADHD Coach and Neurdiversity Trainer”.
If I were to toot my own horn for a moment, I’d tell you:
🎺 I’ve had the pleasure of creating workshops and trainings for renowned organisations and institutions such as Lululemon, Brewdog, Oxford University and The Courtauld Institute of Art.
🗞️ You’ll see me featured in Metro, Cosmopolitan Magasine, Newsweek, Stylist and more
🤸 I’m a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador
🧡 I’ve survived been in a coma and lived to tell the tale, lived 33 years with undiagnosed ADHD, and have recovered from burnouts, panic attacks, eating disorders and many failures.
🎙️ I hosted a podcast that amassed 30k downloads (and then put down the mic in the name of sustainable productivity)
